儿童刷牙方法圆弧刷牙法8岁门牙竖着长怎么矫正呢

小小牙刷手中拿，早晚刷牙要用它；

牙齿外面圆弧刷，牙齿里面颤动刷；

咀嚼面是来回刷，刷牙就像在画画；

每个牙面仔细刷，做个爱牙好娃娃。

从3～4岁开始，家长和幼儿园老师可以开始教孩子自己用最简单的“画圈法”刷牙，其要领是将刷毛放置在牙面上，轻压使刷毛略弯曲，在牙面上画圈，每部位反复画圈5次以上，前牙舌侧需将牙刷竖放，牙齿的各个面（包括唇颊侧、舌侧及咀嚼面）均应刷到。具体方法如下：

1.刷后牙外侧面时，牙齿咬在一起，牙刷进入后牙的外面，然后转圈，刷毛从上牙牙龈拖拉至下牙（图1-9-1）。

（2）刷到前牙的时候，可以发“1”的音，这时门牙是对着的，然后牙刷在牙齿上面继续连续地圆弧形转动（图1-9-2）。

（3）刷后牙内侧面时，刷毛朝向牙面，来来回回反复刷（图1-9-3）。

（4）刷到前牙内侧面时，将牙刷竖起，来回上上下下，慢慢移动短距离刷，从一侧到另一侧（图1-9-4）。

（5）刷牙齿咀嚼面时，将刷毛放在牙面上，来来回回刷（图1-9-5）。

（6）最后一颗牙的最后面容易遗漏，所以刷该面时，半张口，刷头竖起，从该牙的内侧面，沿着牙龈，转过该牙的最后面，到达外侧面（图1-9-6）。

(6) The last face of the last tooth is easy to be missed, so when brushing the face, half open the mouth, and the brush head is erect. From the inner side of the tooth, along the gum, turn the back of the tooth to the outer side (Fig. 1-9-6).
